Lia Block, born on October 1, 2006, is the daughter of the amazingly talented motorsports hero, the late Ken Block. In her own right she has an incredible reputation as an American rally driver, Hoonigan, social media influencer, and entrepreneur from Florida, United States. 

After the tragic death of Ken Block in a snow ski accident, Lia has largely taken over the reins from her dad with the Hoonigan Racing Division.

Ken Block was an American professional rally driver with the Hoonigan Racing Division. He was also one of the co-founders of DC Shoes. He competed in many action sports events, including skateboarding, snowboarding, and motocross. 

Ken won 25+ national-level rallies around the globe, scored points in the WRC, and accumulated five X Games medals. 

Ken passed away at the age of 55 on January 2, 2023, in a snowmobile accident while on holiday with his family.

“Yesterday I didn’t just lose my father, I lost my best friend. He was truly my whole world and the only person I ever looked up too. No matter what I did he was always there to support me. I can’t believe how fast he was taken from all of us. No words can describe of how much of an amazing human my dad was, he lived so many lives, accomplished more in 55 years than most people could in 10 lifetimes, and lived his life to the absolute fullest every single day.”

At the tender age of 11, Lia Block embarked on her racing journey with unwavering determination.
